First of all, thank you so much for your comment and for watching the tutorial! You won’t believe it, but this is just my MAC lipliner in “whirl”. It works really well as a lipstick and I will just throw some chapstick or clear gloss over it. Pay special attention to how I apply it here, this is the trick. :* Please let me know if you have any questions.
